		<description>Not unless there was a bizarre coincidence involving my adoption. My dad served in WWII in the Navy, but never saw action. So unless by a bizarre coincidence Lt. Williams fathered a child who later got adopted by a couple also named Williams, the answer is definitely no.</description>
